Terms of Service
The terms you agree to when you buy from, or work with, Bella Blue Designs.

Bella Blue Designs (ABN 83 597 642 833) — a small studio in Melbourne, Australia, run by Katherine.
These terms cover how you shop, order, and work with me. By placing an order or commissioning a piece, you're agreeing to them. They sit alongside my Privacy Policy and my Refunds & Returns policy, and nothing here takes away your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Ordering
When you place an order or accept a quote, that forms an agreement between us. I'll always confirm the details with you — and for anything custom, you'll see a proof or mock-up before I begin.
I make each piece by hand, so I keep the right to decline or cancel an order if I can't complete it to my standard. If I ever need to, I'll let you know and refund anything you've paid for work not yet done.
Prices & payment
Prices are in Australian dollars. From 1 July 2026, prices include 10% GST.
Payment is handled securely by Stripe for shop orders, or by PayID for custom invoices. Your order is confirmed once payment — or, for custom work, your deposit — has cleared. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Custom & made-to-order work
Custom pieces begin with a 50% deposit — no deposit, no work. I'll share a proof or mock-up before making, so we get it right together, and the balance is due before the finished piece leaves the studio. As these are made just for you, the change-of-mind terms in my Refunds & Returns policy apply.
Digital downloads
When you buy a digital product — a planner, sticker file, or printable — I give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to download it and use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't resell, share, or redistribute the files, claim them as your own, or use them commercially without a licence from me. The design stays mine. Digital files are delivered instantly and, as noted in my Refunds & Returns policy, can't be returned once your order is complete.
Ready-made & physical items
Everything physical is made with care. At the moment I arrange these by local pickup or hand delivery around Melbourne; postage can be arranged on request. Returns for physical items follow my Refunds & Returns policy, and the Australian Consumer Law always applies on top.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, and content — on the site and in what I make — belong to Bella Blue Designs unless I've agreed otherwise in writing. Buying a product gives you the right to use it, not to own or resell the design. For custom work, we'll agree on how you can use the final piece as part of your quote.
Your part
Please give me accurate details when you order — the right spelling, quantities, and delivery information. I can't be responsible for mistakes that come from incorrect details supplied to me, though I'll always do my best to help put things right.
Liability
I pour care into everything I make, but I can only promise what's reasonable. To the extent the law allows, Bella Blue Designs isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law — where those apply, they always come first.
Privacy
How I look after your information is set out in my Privacy Policy.
Changes & governing law
I may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above will always show the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
