Getting it to you
Most of what I make here arrives instantly — a file in your inbox, ready whenever you are. A few things are made at the bench and posted.

Digital — instant download
Your download link arrives by email the moment your order goes through. Nothing to wait for and nothing to track. Print at home, or take it to your favourite print shop.
If a file doesn't open the way it should, just email me and I'll sort it with you.
Posted items
Some things here are physical — printed, trimmed and packed by hand. Those come to you by post.
Postage for a pack of up to 10 Oops range inserts is $4.50 anywhere in Australia. Made-to-order pieces are quoted with your project, postage included, so you know the full cost before anything begins.
The $4.50 is a large letter with Australia Post, and it's close to what it costs me to send. I don't add anything on top.
Australia only for now.
When it leaves
Orders go out within three to five business days. Once it's with Australia Post, delivery time depends on where you are.
Made-to-order timing is agreed with you before we start.
If something isn't right
The Oops range is sold as seconds. Every flaw is described in the listing — that's the whole idea, and it's why they're priced the way they are. So returns aren't accepted for the flaws described.
If something arrives damaged, or isn't what was described, email me and we'll put it right. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law aren't affected.
