Custom & made-to-order pieces
These are made just for you, so I can't offer refunds or returns for change of mind. I'll always share a proof or mock-up before I begin, so we get it right together before anything is made.
Ready-made items
Changed your mind? Get in touch within 14 days of delivery. The item needs to come back unused and in its original condition, with return postage covered by you. Once it arrives safely, I'll refund the item price.
Digital downloads
Digital files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, so they're non-refundable once your order is complete. Please check the details carefully before you buy.
If something's not right
Should anything arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described, please email me at enquiries@bellabluedesigns.com.au within 7 days with a photo. Under the Australian Consumer Law you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, and I'll always make it right.
