Privacy Policy
How I look after the information you share with Bella Blue Designs.

What I collect
When you shop, enquire, or join the newsletter, I collect only what I need to look after you well:
• Contact details — your name, email, and (for shipped orders) your postal address.
• Order details — what you bought and any notes you share about a custom project.
• Messages — anything you write to me via the contact or inquiry forms.
• Basic site data — anonymous analytics about how the site is used, to help me improve it.
How I use it
Your information is used to fulfil your order, reply to your enquiry, send the newsletter you asked for, and keep the studio running. That's it.
I'll never sell your details, and I'll only email you marketing if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time from the link in any email.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that, in line with PCI-DSS standards.
Only the trusted services that help me run the studio — for example a payment processor (Stripe), an email provider for the newsletter, and a postal carrier for shipped orders. Each receives only what they need to do their part.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies to remember your cart and to gather anonymous analytics. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; the shop will still work, though your cart may not be remembered between visits.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the information I hold about you at any time. Just email enquiries@bellabluedesigns.com.au and I'll take care of it promptly.
This policy follows the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
